Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Studio Jeffrey P’an is required to charge sales tax on purchases picked up at the studio and purchases shipped inside Connecticut.
Standard Fedex Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated for fedex delivery according to service level selected and address.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address or call 1-860-536-9274 for assistance.
International and United States customers outside Connecticut are responsible for all applicable duties, customs, and taxes.
When to Expect Your Order
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, often on the next business day after the order is completed.
If you provide an email address with your order, we will email you with tracking information.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders. To make a return or exchange, please email email@example.com, or call 1-860-536-9274)
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order.
Your replacement order will not be shipped until we receive your return. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive store credit for the difference.
Special or Custom Orders
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please call us at 1-860-536-9274 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for repacking, arranging for and paying for return shipping for returns or exchanges. We are happy to assist you with this if necessary, Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-860-536-9274.
Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item only. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive Store credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item. If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.

- Repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging. If you are unsure how to securely repack your order, please call us at 1-860-536-9274 for assistance.
